Mr. Tan Thai Yong
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Tan. Thai Yong joined Kuok Group Singapore (KGSg) in 2007 and currently serves as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of PaxOcean Holdings Pte Ltd. He also holds the position of Managing Director, Strategic Projects and Technology of Kuok Maritime Group (KMG), where he plays a pivotal role in steering the Group to leverage emerging technologies while navigating both challenges and opportunities. Prior to joining KGSg, he was with the Republic of Singapore Navy for 21 years. During his service, he held many appointments, including sailing stints onboard naval vessels and a five years’ secondment to the Defence Science and Technology Agency for the Navy’s stealth Frigate programme in Lorient, France.
Mr. Jerome Chew
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Jerome Chew oversees management for shipyards in Southeast Asia under PaxOcean Group including Newbuilding projects, Ship Repair and Conversions business and Green Recycling. He has more than 20 years of experience in Marine Oil and Gas industries.
Mr. Sam Wong
Director, 
PaxOcean Greater China Yard
Mr. Sam Wong oversees management for shipyards in China under PaxOcean Group including Newbuilding projects and Ship Repair business.

He has more than 25 years of experience in Newbuilding projects, Ship Repair and the offshore industry.

Mr. Bian Lixin
Director, 
Engineering & Technology
Mr. Bian Lixin brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the maritime and offshore industry to his role as Director of Engineering and Technology at PaxOcean Group. He joined PaxOcean in 2007 with the specific task of establishing and overseeing the Group’s engineering division.
Mr. Sidat Senanayake
Head, Commercial
Sidat is the Commercial Director for PaxOcean Group and based in Singapore, where he is responsible for the group’s global commercial activities covering newbuilding, conversions, repairs, and fabrication. He has spent over 20 years covering the maritime and offshore sector in financing, marketing, business development, restructuring and risk management roles. His last role was Head of Risk Management & Compliance for Kuok Group Singapore, the parent company of PaxOcean Group.
