[Singapore, 2 July 2026] – Kuok (Singapore) Limited (KSL) today announced the signing of a Strategic Cooperation Agreement (SCA) with Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (SHI), one of the world's leading shipbuilders and offshore engineering companies. The agreement establishes a platform for both parties to explore collaboration opportunities across maritime, offshore, energy infrastructure, logistics and related sectors.
Under the SCA, both parties will leverage their complementary strengths, combining SHI's engineering, technology, and offshore project development expertise with KSL’s maritime, logistics, and infrastructure ecosystem, market access capabilities and regional operating platforms. Together, the parties will evaluate and pursue opportunities across offshore and energy infrastructure, shipbuilding, marine engineering, offshore logistics, and related sectors.
